Fatigue

I have a lovely comfy bed in a pretty room that can be darkened so it's like the middle of the night.  I have a hard time resisting the temptation to take a nap on my very comfortable mattress.  The problem is, once I lay down its hard to get up again.  I usually take a long nap on Sundays and it usually impacts my sleep by reducing the amount of time I spend in deep sleep.  When I resist the urge to rest and close my eyes I have a far more productive period of sleep.  I find that if I feel a bit fatigued when I go to bed at night I feel better in the morning and ready to perform my initial morning routine.  I am grateful for fatigue.
