Alarms and Habits

I decided to break the habit of waking up in the middle of the night and browsing on either my phone or Kindle.  On Tuesday night I fought my way through the temptation to ease the minor misery of a hot night by browsing.  On Wednesday night I set my alarm but somehow slept through it.  I resisted the temptation to peek at the Kindle until verifiable daylight proved I'd overslept, however it turned out for the best since by being later than usual I was able to offer significant help to two women in the sealing session I attended.
