Functionality

I have been making my workroom more functional.  Today both Calvin and Adam and Jacqueline and Diana  participated in helping this project.  After I returned from the temple I drove first to Arby's where I gave the boys a meal, and then to the transfer station where they emptied my car of the various debris of wood bits and no longer functional paint cans that I had gathered up while organizing the storage and preparing to lay sheet vinyl over the old carpeting.  After dropping off the boys I picked up the girls and they helped clear and organize the last quadrant of the floor in preparation for the vinyl.  They also helped me measure and cut the piece that is last except for a small corner.  Both of them expressed gratification for being employed to help me with the task.  Although there is still a great deal of arranging to do, the greater functionality is already apparent.  The vinyl flooring should make it easier to keep the area clean.
