Medical Visit

Today, October 8, 2019, I went to the Health Plus office and had a brief physical exam that yielded the information that my blood pressure is normal.  They were impressed with the amount of weight I have lost since my last exam.  I talked about my concern with the possibility that my way of eating will cause false information about the state of my thyroid function.  I took Rudy and Hannah to a park near the new library just off 2300 east and 3300 south where there is a really nice park.  Our usual park was filled with members of a Tak wan do school.  I saw Trisha for the first time in some time.
